Founded by Benjamin K. Dankaka, GLRC emerged from a simple yet profound realization: that Africa's leadership gap could only be bridged through a transformation of the mind.

The Read and Lead Genesis

What started as a simple vision to promote reading culture has grown into a comprehensive movement reaching thousands of students across Nigeria. Our journey began with the "Read and Lead Campaign", hosting six-month reading workshops in local high schools.

Expanding the Vision

Over the years, we have expanded our reach and impact, collaborating with schools, government agencies, and international organizations to promote quality education and leadership excellence.
